The SPT groups are limited to 6 participants per session to ensure that everyone receives exclusive coaching and attention. Trainees are individually screened and assessed before their first session and follow a program tailored to their defined goals. People with varied levels of fitness work out along side one another because progressions and regressions are provided for all of the drills and exercises. Individual goals are often times accelerated in this environment, as the group intensity and format can motivate people to push past their perceived limitations.
