Private Coaching is the preferred mode of training for many athletes and individuals seeking to improve their sports performance and/or general health.  Sean systematically creates customized strength and conditioning programs catered specifically to that particular person, based on their identified needs and objectives. This personal coach to client relationship combines quality instruction and direction while providing increased motivation and accountability.

ONLINE COACHING

FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T MAKE IT INTO THE GYM

If you are serious about training with Sean but cannot get to Built In Boston regularly, online training is your next best option. Participants will answer an initial questionnaire and then receive a full assessment during their first Skype session with Sean. Clients receive weekly workouts and will exchange emails and videos with Sean to assist him in gauging progress, correcting form and augmenting the program where necessary. The Online Program requires an 8 Week Commitment from participants and spaces are limited. Please fill out the form to the right and include a small blurb on why you think you would be a good candidate for the program.
