OUR FOUNDER
MEET SEAN
Athlete. Coach. Lifelong learner. Sean’s passion for performance started on the basketball court, playing varsity in high school and college, and evolved into a career dedicated to helping others move better, train smarter, and achieve their goals. Since 2005, Sean has trained clients of all ages and backgrounds—from student-athletes and fitness competitors to professionals, couples, and social media influencers—across gyms, private studios, parks, online, and even in their homes. A Certified Functional Strength Coach and Personal Trainer, Sean also holds multiple kettlebell certifications, Functional Movement Screen Certification, and CPR/AED. But what truly sets him apart is his “under the bar” experience: he trains the way he coaches, every day, ensuring his guidance is practical, proven, and results-driven. With nearly two decades of experience and clients who have trained with him for over ten years, Sean has become a trusted mentor for those serious about performance, fitness, and overall well-being. His mission is simple: help every client unlock their potential and feel their best—inside and out.
